Sean Moran

Sean co-founded Squad with Patrick back in 2018 with a vision to transform the hospitality recruitment space, as this is where we started off. With a background in owning and operating multiple hospitality and retail businesses, Sean brings a wealth of experience and industry connections.

His early career in hospitality and recruitment, combined with a Bachelor of Business in Accounting and Finance from QUT, has equipped him with the skills to lead Squad effectively. Well-connected across the country at executive levels, Sean is switched on and persistent, using his years of business, recruitment and a pinch of charisma he pushes the Squad team to excel ensuring the best outcomes for clients and candidates alike.
