Patrick co-founded Squad with Sean in 2018, bringing his extensive background in executive roles within the luxury hotel, leisure, and retail sectors into Squad Hospitality as it was at the time. Patrick’s experience spans from Australia to Europe and the Middle East where he has managed groups with over two thousand employees, led international recruitment drives, and partnered in hospitality ventures.

Highly capable with systems and operations, he excels in business planning and team leadership through training and mentoring the team. Open and honest, Patrick is a skilled communicator, trainer, and leader who ensures the best for Squad’s team, clients, and candidates.
